Wednesday May 25 was the last class for the Spring Series of Yoga Bootcamp, but don't worry, the summer series starts Wednesday June 8. There is a time and a studio change - the class will begin at 9:30 and will be in Studio 2. I look forward to seeing you there! Remember that high school and college students get a special $5 per class rate.

Classes have begun at the Chapman Cultural Center. In addition to Yoga Bootcamp, we are now offering gentle yoga and zumba/booty ballet classes once per week. See the link for all the details. Also, we are offering an unlimited monthly pass for $80 that you can use for all classes. College students also get a special deal - only $5 per class. See you there!
